Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.

Contact and sponsorship form

If you contact us via the “Become a sponsor” form or by email, we process the data you provide (company, contact person, email, optional phone number, message) solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Google Fonts

This website embeds fonts from Google Fonts. A connection to Google servers (Google Ireland Limited) is established and your IP address is transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Note for go-live: the fonts can alternatively be self-hosted, which removes this transfer.

Circuit graphics

The circuit layouts are static vector drawings derived from OpenStreetMap geodata (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). They are served from our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties when the page loads.

MCANISM Smart Overlay

This website embeds the Smart Overlay by MCANISM GmbH. The script can display voucher and partner notices and may process technical usage data for that purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Note for go-live: if the overlay uses cookies or comparable technologies, consent must be obtained under § 25 TDDDG via a consent banner.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us this is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
